Deposit is needed in order to guarantee confirmation from supplier. Mostly we have to pay 50% deposit 45 days in advance with non refundable and some are more than one month in advance. Mostly 5 star hotels, hotels in Beaches and Cruises terms and conditions very tough.


As soon as we get status from suppliers we will let you know within 2 working days. However, communication to destinations outside of Yangon it may take few days longer to get confirmation for services due to difficulties in communication sometime.


50% prepayment of total after sending booking confirmation status and full payment is needed in one month in advance. You can make payment by bank remittance, bank draft or wire transfer to our bank account and will let you know detail at the time of booking.

When filling in the beneficiary in your bank remittance order, please mention “ANJ Travel & Tour Company Limited.” Kindly do not mention Myanmar and/or Burma nor any address in Myanmar at all in the bank remittance form. With regard to bank charges/fees, ANJ Travel & Tour Company Limited shall absorb charges levied by our bank, whereas bank charges/fees levied by the sender’s bank must be borne by the debtor.


All rates are quoted net to travel agents in US Dollar at current rates of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice.

Included in package prices are accommodation, transfers, domestic airfares, meals and services mentioned separately in each tour program. Not included are visa fees, international airfares, international airport taxes and expenses of a personal nature. Validity of our rates is as per the indicated duration and guider services are as per mentioned in programs. Accommodation is based on shared twin-bed rooms, with a supplementary charge for single occupancy.


For cancellation of confirmed reservations, a fee according to the case incurred will be charged. Most hotels have a cancellation deadline of 30 days notice and special conditions apply for cruises, beach resorts as well as for some of the boutique and landmark hotels.


ANJ Travel & Tour Company Limited reserves the right to re-arrange the order of any tour program, to cancel or substitute elements of any tour itinerary without prior notice, when local conditions require such changes. All itineraries depending on domestic flight confirmations are subject to changes.
